At NANBPWC, Inc., we believe in the infinite potential of young Black people. Our Youth and Beta-Psi programs are a vibrant community that fosters youth leadership and empowers the next generation of trailblazers. We’re not just an organization; we’re a community that builds leaders and cultivates connections. We are on a mission to create a world where every young Black person stands tall, speaks boldly and leads passionately. We’re here to nurture the seeds of leadership and social responsibility within, providing the tools and support needed to transform dreams into reality.
Leadership Training
We offer empowering workshops, mentorship programs and leadership training to empower youth to become advocates for themselves and their communities. You'll learn about social issues and how to effect positive change in the world around you. We promise you’ll be inspired by the real-life stories of incredible Black women and men who’ve paved the way.
Inspiration and Education
From uplifting panel discussions to fun-filled community events, we're all about creating memorable experiences that inspire you. We offer career exploration & guidance, including internships and mentorships, to assist you with setting and planning your career goals. Together, we’ll build a future where every young Black person dreams big and achieves even bigger!
